차량통제에 국한됩니다. 워낙 상습정체구간이라서 말이죠.
그리고 날짜상으로는 16~19일이지만, 실제로는 다음주 통으로 차량이 통재된다고 보시면 되구요.

참. 이미 지난 7일까지 차량통행 허가를 미리 받지 않은 차량이 운행할경우 벌금이 있는걸로 알고 있습니다.

그냥 차는 집에 두시고 당기셔야 할겁니다.
