1. Description: Toilet Renovation at the Main Building and Guard’s Office of the Korean Embassy

2. Qualification:

£ Business with a valid business license

£ Business that is not related to any of these status: liquidation, M&A, disposal, legal composition, court receivership, and/or any types of legal disputes

4. Site Survey: To be individually contacted (MUST attend)

5. Bidding Result: After April 26th, to be individually contacted via email or call

6. Bidding Decision:

£ We take the open competitive bidding method, where qualified and competent business with the

lowest proposal estimate is awarded the bid.

£ When multiple competent suppliers propose the same lowest estimates, only those selected will

go through re-bidding.

7. Expected Amount Range:   2,380,000 Baht

8. Contract Schedule:

  £Contract Signing: To be contacted via call

  £ Expected Contract Period: 4 months from the signing of the contract

9. Bidding Invalidation:

£ Applications that do not meet the stated qualifications are not considered for this project.

£ Applications with insufficient, forged and counterfeit documents are not considered.

£ When the successful bidder does not wish to continue concluding the contract, it is required that

the bid deposit (which is waived at registration) be paid to the Embassy

10. Others:

£ The Korean Embassy promotes transparency and fairness in contracts

£ Any difference of interpretation would follow the interpretation of the Embassy

              Detail Descriptions for Toilet Renovation Project

2022.4.11.

The toilet renovation project aims at updating the current facility and to carry out the detail job descriptions as below:

[COVID-19 Guidelines]

- All workers must wear masks throughout the renovation period.

- All workers are required to be fully vaccinated (3 doses) or at least 2 doses.

- ATK test are to be conducted every week and must submit the test result to

the Embassy as well.

- Before coming to the construction site, all workers are required to check

fever and to carry out the self-assessment “thaisavethai” app. everyday.

1.      Floor and Wall Work

- Remove floor and wall tile

- Wall plastering for wall tile

- Waterproof cement base

- Waterproof concrete mix

- Place floor and wall tile

2. Ceiling Work

- Install gypsum board

- Install ventilators

- Install downlight set

- Paint the ceiling

3. Wash Basin

- Install granite top

- Install cabinet under the wash basin

- Install wash basin and faucet

- Install mirrors

4.      Cubicle Partition and Men’s Urinal

- Install toilet bowls

- Install tissue hanger

- Install bidets

- Install urinals and urinal flush valve

6.      Electric System

- Install plugs and switches

   7.  Glass window at Room 106 and roof at administration room

- Do waterproof from outside the room

- Do waterproof at window frame

  - Remove old roof and install metal sheet roof with PU heat insulator

- Install stainless steel gutter and etc

8. Floor and Wall Work at Guard’s Toilet

- Remove floor and wall tile

- Wall plastering for wall tile

- Waterproof cement base

- Waterproof concrete mix

- Place floor and wall tile

9. Wash Basin at Guard’s Toilet

- Install pvc pipe and granite top

- Install wash basin and faucet

10. Flush Toilet at Guard’s Toilet

- Install a toilet bowl

- Install a toilet bowl at Ambassador’s Toilet

- Install a tissue hanger and a bidet

- Install a urinal and urinal flush valve

11. Other renovation outside the Guard’s Toilet

- Painting wall and ceiling entrance are and kitchen area

- Painting doors and windows

- Change door knob, window hinge and a sink

- Change light bulb and fix and adjust distribution boeard

- Install inclined plate at the entrance of Visa building

12. Additional information to follow

- Provide eco-friendly(if possible) materials or no harmful substance materials

for the renovation

- Before signing the contract, all product samples are required to be presented to

the Korean Embassy for an approval(especially floor and wall tiles)

13. After the renovation, the contractor must submit the full detailed blueprint, full

floor plan, reports, ATK test record and all documents in both paper and cd

form.
